How it works
The Value Builder System™ is a 12-module programme that will increase the value of your business by improving it’s multiple of earnings, as well as increasing your profits.
Each module focuses on a different area of your business, including the eight drivers of value and how to prepare for and approach potential buyers.
Assessing your business
In advance of the programme, you will be guided through three assessments:
- The Value Builder Score this evaluates your business on the eight core value drivers that acquirers take into consideration when buying companies and gives you a comprehensive assessment of the sellability of your business.
- Your Freedom Point Score this is the point at which the sale of your company will generate enough income to fund the rest of your life.
- Personal Readiness to Exit Score this evaluates, on a personal level, a business owner’s readiness to exit.
