Coaching can be delivered one to one, one to few or one to many. Each programme is tailored to meet your specific goals, beginning with a meeting with Rich to:
- Assess and understand your business, your industry and your market to determine the nature of your current performance.
- Discuss what you want to achieve and by when. Rich will then recommend options to get you there.
- Define your coaching programme, prioritise your needs and timelines and establish metrics for measuring performance improvement. This way you can see the return on your investment and finally, embark on the journey toward your goals.
Your coaching programme’s frequency, duration and format are entirely flexible to ensure sessions fit seamlessly into your schedule and business requirements. Rich is available to meet in person or conduct remote sessions based on your preferences.
